How is the price calculated
The calculation is based on the price and weight of the item and includes the purchase in the US, domestic shipping within the US, air freight and delivery to your address in Armenia. All of that is one amount. Shown separately are only the customs duty and state fee paid to the government.
How long is the price valid
The offer is valid for 72 hours. During that time the price of the item does not change. The price is final: any difference in weight or customs is on us. The total amount in drams is recalculated at the exchange rate on the day of payment. After the period expires, a "Recalculate price" button appears on the page.
Why do you ask for personal details
Customs legislation requires identification of the recipient. The goods are cleared through customs in the name on the document, so the details must match exactly. We do not ask for and do not keep a copy or photo of the document — customs clearance needs the details, not the image.
What happens if the item is unavailable
If the item has sold out at the store, we contact you and refund the full amount by the same payment method within 3–5 business days. Your money does not stay with us and does not turn into a bonus.
