Refunds and withdrawal from the contract
When money is refunded, how to withdraw within 14 days and how to file a complaint or a defect claim.

If the item was not bought
If the item sold out or could not be bought, we refund the full amount by the same payment method (terms, clause 10). It does not turn into a bonus.
14 days to withdraw
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For the item, the period starts when you receive it (terms, clause 12). The customer pays for return shipping; the law sets some exceptions.
How to apply
On the order page press “Return or complaint”, or write to us in “Write to us” and choose the request type (withdrawal, defect, complaint). The request gets a number and you receive a confirmation by email.
Type the name, paste a link or a photo — you see the final price before you pay.
