What we can’t ship or check in advance

Why some items are restricted

Parcels fly to Armenia by air, and the air carrier does not accept dangerous goods. On top of that, some goods are prohibited or restricted for import into Armenia (terms, clause 26).

You don’t need to know these rules yourself: we check the item (terms, clause 16).

What we check before payment

Car (lead-acid) batteries, lithium batteries and power banks.

Aerosols and compressed gas: hair spray, dry shampoo, spray deodorant, insect spray.

Flammable liquids: nail polish, hand sanitizer, alcohol, WD-40, oil paints, fuel. Perfume with alcohol.

Weapons and their parts: air guns, bows and crossbows, scopes; explosives, fireworks, ammunition, matches.

Coins, banknotes and bullion; seeds for planting and live plants; animals, taxidermy and fur.

Next to such an item the site shows a ⚠ sign, and payment opens only after our check.

Medicines

Individuals import medicines (pharmaceutical products) into Armenia in the cases, manner and quantities set by the Government (RA Government decision N 715-N, clause 3). We check such an order separately and tell you the result before payment.

If we can’t ship it

We tell you about a restriction before payment. If it turns out later, we cancel the order and refund the amount paid in full, with no deductions (terms, clause 16).
